All the clerical and medical staff were friendly, courteous and prompt with me. In particular, Dr Martha Crenshaw gave me a thorough examination and answered all my questions professionally and satisfactorily. I was out in less than 1 hour.“

“Dr. Dorothy White-Willliams has been my personal doctor for decades; and has been the pediatrician for both of my sons throughout their childhood—they are now young adults. Dr. White-Williams is professional, kind, patient, knowledgeable and caring. “First Dr Corkran was my doctor and he was awesome, but he retired due to an injury. Now doctor Cabañas is my doctor, and he is equally as awesome! I have been a patient for a total of 22 years and have had no complaints. Unfortunately, I must change clinics because I have noise in the ear issues which require someone to drive me at times, and the new clinic has pick-you-up service.

I suspect some of the low scores have this clinic mixed up with other clinics. Some have similar names. I will REEEEALLY miss Dr Cabañas and crew. I hope I'm not leaving permanently!

“My crew of doctors here at Piedmont are all competent enough, satisfied with all, but something in the background is going on with Piedmont and insurance companies. For the second time in less than 6 months the are dropping a MAJOR insurance carrier. First they dumped my carrier Cigna on April 1, 2025, now they are dropping my next choice carrier United Healthcare as of July 1,2025 causing serious issues with thousands of patients like me who are now out of options but to work as 'out of system' coverage patients. No more insurance coverage choices until open season again this fall ?“

“Thank you Ms. Greta (tech supervisor) and the supervisor of scheduling( I don’t know her name). This started with having difficulty with my glasses since October 2024. Not going into every detail but it was these two who worked on my issues to try to make it right, from getting me scheduled to be seen when no appointments was available to me arriving at that appointment y 45 minutes late because of a car accident delaying me.
