Dr. Donatien is no longer practicing there and I've been assigned a new doctor. So far office visits have been painless. The staff is helpful, pleasant and professional. Referrals are on time. I wish calls were not directed to a call center. It would speed things up if patients could speak directly with staff at the clinic and not have to wait for a call back. Dr. Monica is very thorough and responsive. Overall, my experiences there have been positive.
