During my visit, Dr. Donation was very thorough in the exam, and test that was given. What I love about Oak Street Health is the results were instant on most of the test. People I've talked to about that were very surprised.

Everyone at Oak Street Health provided Great customer service on our visit this week. Ms.Melissa, Ms.Jackie and Nurse Ojumu all had great bedside manner. Very personable and compassionate! The facility is always clean and well managed.

My experience was very pleasant from the beginning to the end! From front reception area with my check in to My time with Mandela (Mannie) to my consult with Kathy!! I even had a good experience in the lab when blood was drawn the tech took great care in drawing blood from my difficult small veins ! I’m now a new patient!!
