I had a final exam to take the next day and Apple wanted over $600 to fix it (of course apple cre warranty had lapsed). “I called this company this morning about getting someone to come out and their schedule was booked. Less than one hour later Lisa and the nicest most knowledgable guy stopped by because they were already working with another business in the building. We explained the problem and he took a look and even though he didn't have time to provide a solution he spent several minutes informing us of the steps we could take personally to get a solution. “I took my personal gaming laptop here for repairs (under warranty) and it doesn't overheat anymore or make any noise at all! In fact its even cooler by about 5 degrees Fahrenheit on average now the quality of service was good and the guy was friendly my only minor nitpick is that they do take a while to get to you after you ring the doorbell on the desk but other than that I would highly reccomend this place if you need repairs on your lenovo products !“
