“They fixed my laptop on the same day, had problems with mouse pad. They replaced the battery since that was causing the issue with the mouse pad as it the (swollen) sits underneath the pad. Been 3 months and haven't any problems with it since.I like to support local businesses and they'll be my go-to guys for all computer related problems.“
“This company has saved me twice when Apple’s online and phone help were useless! The first time I couldn’t locate a charger in stock that was compatible with my iPad, online or at any of the “box store” computer/office supply stores but this local store in Loganville had one at a very reasonable price! Today, I thought of them when Apple was useless again and they were able to restart my ipad in less than 5 minutes! (I had tried all the troubleshooting suggestions when my touchscreen and buttons were all frozen but nothing had worked. I’m not computer-illiterate but I was stumped this time!)The nice fellow (sorry I didn’t get his name) was clearly busy when I walked in off the street with no appointment but he was polite, professional and knew exactly what to do! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS, based on my two interactions with them and although I expected a high fee, it was waaaay below my anticipated guesstimate both times!
