“I took my personal gaming laptop here for repairs (under warranty) and it doesn't overheat anymore or make any noise at all! In fact its even cooler by about 5 degrees Fahrenheit on average now the quality of service was good and the guy was friendly my only minor nitpick is that they do take a while to get to you after you ring the doorbell on the desk but other than that I would highly reccomend this place if you need repairs on your lenovo products !“

“My dog bit the corner of my mac book Pro's screen and the entire screen went black. I had a final exam to take the next day and Apple wanted over $600 to fix it (of course apple cre warranty had lapsed). I called Shawn at 1 Stop and he promised me that I would be able to take my final on my computer before the work day was over; and he was right. “Not a lot of places nearby these days will attempt, let alone fully repair hardware. Safety Computer Solutions took a crack at my old 3060TI and completely got it up and running again.

My PCI cable had somehow melted into the header of the GPU and was crashing my games consistently. I called everywhere and was put on long hold lines only to be told they don't do that kind of repair. Finally I get down my list to Safety Computer Solutions and Jason answered right away and said he would take a look.

1 week later he's got the plastic removed and the repair was MUCH MUCH more affordable than replacing the whole GPU. It's been almost a month since the repair as well and there have been no issues since then.

“Highly disappointed! I literally feel robbed. My laptop kept getting blue error screen which was my reason for taking to HL Computer Inc. I left it there to be determine the cause and fix whatever the problem was. I returned the same day and was informed although it runs slow, nothing was found. Malware was installed and any potential threats were removed. All for $149.00!! I didn't used my laptop right away but 2 days later, the same blue screen reappeared?? I phoned the store and was told to bring it back in. There are 2 service men there (Peter and Patrick). Peter is who I delt with initially. However, Patrick is who I left the computer with a third time! He suggested leaving it there a couple hours to allow a complete scan. The very next day I received a call from Peter stating that a hard drive is needed and he'd only charge me $100?? Two hundred and fifty dollars?? I can go on ebay and purchase another used laptop instead of paying for service I am unsatisfied with. This company may have done exceptional work once upon a time but that is far from what I received. I basically gave away money I couldn't even afford!! A total RIP OFF!!!“
