I reached out to Shane because my computer would not power up. He gave me an estimated troubleshooting time of 24-48 hours, which was fine. I was very excited to get a call back within a couple of hours letting me know that the issue was minor--just needed a new battery. The even better news was that the data was easily recovered! Really appreciate the timely, professional service at a reasonable cost!!

Shane is amazing. I took my laptop to get fixed due to running super slow. He was able to update my computer and storage on my laptop. It is running like it is brand new. Took my laptop to him another time because in dropped it and the charger port broke. He fixed it with no problems. He has a quick turn around time. My laptop was fixed in 2 days the first time and same day the second time. He is very affordable, always respond to Calls and texts. And is a great guy. You won’t be disappointed.

Shane made sure to communicate with me and make sure my laptop was in tip-top shape before returning it. He even stayed at his office late to finish the repair and I was able to get my laptop back just as my college courses were starting. Super kind and 10/10 would come back again!(I had a cracked touchscreen and a cracked lid, and it wasn't expensive)
