I called this company this morning about getting someone to come out and their schedule was booked. Less than one hour later Lisa and the nicest most knowledgable guy stopped by because they were already working with another business in the building. We explained the problem and he took a look and even though he didn't have time to provide a solution he spent several minutes informing us of the steps we could take personally to get a solution. Before they left I offered to pay them for a service call but they denied it and gave me their card to check out the website. I have worked with Ivantix for many many years. The staff is always quick to help when there is a question. If you need someone on site, they are there for you. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend this company for your future needs.

We just migrated over to IT Vantix and so far it has been a very pleasant migration. This team really knows their stuff plus you get instant help. The other guys that we left were sparse and rarely had time for us. I am happy that we made the change to a company that actually likes our business and is willing to go out of the way to help us out.
