“My daughter turned me on to Pio's. I hate ironing and will bring items here for a press. However, my daughter had a sweatshirt that she had messed up and asked them to clean it. The stains got lighter instead of being removed. Luis offered to pay for the damage, but my daughter declined because she didn't think the sweat shirt could be saved anyway. I appreciated that they were willing to reimburse her for the sweatshirt even though it was nothing they could have done to save it. I loved their customer service and have been coming ever since. Now my other daughter uses them as well. We are a black family. I could care less about someone's race as long as they treat me with respect.“
