I brought clothes in for alterations on a Friday and was told they’d be ready by Wednesday. When I went to pick them up, nothing had been done, and I was told to come back the following week. I didn’t return right away, but when I finally went back to pick them up, I was shocked to find they had dry-cleaned my clothes instead and charged me $63. No alterations were made—my dress is still dragging on the floor, and my pants haven’t been taken in at all. On top of that, the clothes don’t even smell clean; they smell like cigarettes. Very disappointing service, and I will not be going back.

Stopped by and asked price of washing a quilt. First off, the man did not know what a quilt was so finally I just bedspread. He didn't know the price. Well, if you know know the price, I don't think you deserve my business.

I was disappointed that the lady (owner) refused to allow me to check my clothes that were altered and demanded that I pay her first. Not to mention that my pants were wrinkled and thrown on a rack when I arrived. I wished I would’ve read the reviews before I used this poorly managed business. I will never go back even though it’s less than a block from my home.
