“Wanted something different and new for certain personal reasons.. I asked for a trim and possibility of a spiral perm.. I was told they could def do the trim but the per I'd have to come back in two weeks.. I agreed .. As the trim was taking place they said that they could do the perm that same day cause my hair wasn't bad. OK.. I don't know how long though as they finished my hair she put mousse in it and told me to keep putting mousse in it.. It felt strange and crispy. I did as instructed by the ladies and washed 2 days later.. My hair is gummy and fried and I look like a troll.. I've had to cancel plans and events just to hide.. And hiding at work is becoming unbearable.. I've been crying for days . I'm too embarrassed to go back there to face them .. I don't know what to do.. $175 down the crapper.. I do NOT recommend this salon.. I didn't even want to give one star .. That badReview revised.. Kim stayed late after closing to fix what was done.. “Brandi was amazing! She gave the best head massage while washing your hair, and is very professional and accommodating! Not only did I not have to wait but 5 min or so, I was in and out in no time! She concentrates on 1 client at a time, which I love, so you don't have to be at the hair salon all day, and still have time for your day! I asked for curls and she gave me exactly what I requested!“
