Lydia is an amazing massage therapist. She takes care of her customers listens to what they want and make sure their needs are fulfilled. Would give 10 stars if I could definitely recommend.

I’ve been seeing Lydia twice a month for quite a while now, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. At 60 years old, I’ve learned that taking care of your body is so important, and regular massages with Lydia have made such a difference in how I feel day to day.

She is kind, professional, and truly gifted at what she does. She always takes the time to ask how I’m feeling and focuses on exactly what I need. Whether I’m dealing with tension, stiffness, or just the wear and tear that comes with getting older, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

I see Kayla or Kari every 6 weeks and I get my moneys worth! I actually feel like I’m getting knots released and very firm pressure but lighter if I need it. My husband just went and keeps talking about going back!! 10/10
