They sent a technician Jack H. was dispatched was able to diagnose the leak and was swift and professional. He was able to address the issue with out any problems or additional damage to the surrounding area. Great service very punctual and professional will recommend.
This is Royal Flush’s second time coming to my house (for two separate issues) and I’ve been blown away by the professionalism, attentiveness, responsiveness and kindness these men consents exhibit!
Scheduling: I was able to call rather late (6pm) on a Sunday and someone answered and was able to schedule me for Monday morning. I received a text when the tech was on the way that included their eta and the tech showed up by that time! I actually needed to move the appointment to a little later in the day, as to not interrupt an important meeting. When I called the main line the receptionist was very helpful and they accommodated me!!!

Royal Flush sent Kyle to my house b/c sewer backed up. He found the blockage 130 ft away from house in an 85 year old cast iron pipe. Kyle was very professional, worked quickly, explained every step of the investigation, the solution, costs and options. His repair was spot on. I was impressed. This is the first time I called Royal Flush, but I will use them again.
