“I submitted an unfavorable review several years ago but it was mostly due to a disagreement I had with the owner at the time (Jimmy) and not with the service rendered by his employees. The son Waylon stepped in and took care of my issues then. Now it's July 2023 and I have a leak in my coil system. I called Waylon and even though he didn't have to come check out my unit he did come to my house today (Sat.) and "pumped up" (added Freon) to my unit to where my wife and I won't be suffering with the current heat wave we're having.
