I don't think the virtual check in representative should not verbally discuss co pay amounts, pass due mounts due. While there I witnessed a patient forced to discuss his inability to pay verbally only to be told to speak to rep at desk to make arrangements!! Super uncomfortable!!
The waiting area is so small and the virtual assistant is so loud you can't help but hear the discussion.
I understand they are not violating any laws discussing patients medical conditions, but why else would you be at therapy office if not for therapy. That's a given.

LONG POST ALERT: If you have a child with autism and don't know where to go, Puzzling Patterns will NOT disappoint you. My child was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2 and upon meeting with the Director Charity Floyd, M.S., BCBA, touring the facility, and asking a thousand and one questions I knew this was the right decision for my baby. All the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are very knowledgeable and provide hourly photos and updates throughout the day to inform you of your child's progress. They also will give a detailed report each evening upon pick up. The ABA therapists also have monthly meetings (in person or virtual, you pick the date) to inform you of your child's progress and asks about what you would like to see in your child's care plan. They assist with getting the children ready for school age expectations, such as sitting for periods at a time, potty training, learning colors, shapes, and even assisting with trying new foods. Puzzling Patterns also is willing to work with other teams (speech, occupational therapy) and incorporate what your child does at these therapies into the care plan while they attend Puzzling Patterns. The staff are always happy and attentive to meeting the children's needs and goals. My baby has come such a long way with communication (advocating his needs), sharing, participating with others, and less acting out behaviors. Before therapy, my child did not do well with change. Puzzling Patterns makes sure to rotate RBT's to get the child comfortable with being with whoever is working that day. Thanks to the team at Puzzling Patterns he can now even say all of his sibling's names!
Ms. Riley B.S., QASP-S is AMAZING!!! The way she knows and cares about assisting kids to reach their fullest potential is UNMATCHED. Her attention to detail for when my son may be having an off day or is less active is appreciated. I love the way Puzzling Patterns involves the entire family into the care of your child. You are able to let your child celebrate their birthday with friends, they host holiday parties for the kids (bouncy houses etc. for the whole family to partake in, and even tie dye shirts!
The professionalism and closed looped communication at Puzzling Patterns is EXCEPTIONAL. I am constantly informed of what is going on for the month, that week (as far as any adjustments to his schedule) and I know my child is in great hands! They are flexible with my child's other therapies an appointments as well. Puzzling Patterns has allowed my baby to excel in ways I couldn't imagine. I have watched my now 3-year-old truly blossom in ABA therapy at Puzzling Patterns. He’s come out of his shell and is showing so much more of his personality.

Probably the best haircut I've gotten in a 30 mile radius from fort Stewart. 95% done with shears alone and it looks great. Listened to what I wanted and delivered a great cut! A little pricey but artisans have to eat, and it wasn't a quick snip and be done.

Very much a hidden gem in 4 years I only go to Savannah to get my nails done when my tech isn't available and I'm desperate id go to lucky nails here I was referred here and I was skeptical walking in because overly value my nails but Kevin exceeded my expectations heck he better than my Savannah nail tech(and nobody is better than her) he did exactly what I asked for and did amazing....he was a gentleman and he handled my hands with care (I was falling asleep) he definitely earned a loyal customer

Professional, speedy, quality service! After we had rented a snake to clear our drain line for the third time in 2 years, we contacted Sanitary. Our 1966 home has iron pipes, but they were no trouble for the knowledgeable staff that came for our service. Following a thorough inspection of the entire line under our home, a commercial grade snake cleared the problem. A camera was then fed into the line from one in to the other to ensure the job was successful. We were back in business in record time at a reasonable price. I can't say enough about the service, but the cordial, professional attitude of the technicians was as exemplary. Thank you gentleman for a great service experience!

I called one company it took 3 weeks just to get my materials on sight to do my floors, when the materials got there they were damaged. Out of Frustration I called another company and that’s when I met Roscoe he got my floors on sight and installed in less than 7 days !!!!!
