First Class service from the time I called and explained my situation until the gentleman drove off. I appreciate how my situation was heard and evaluated. They both wanted to charge me about 1600 and told me they had to break up the tile.Mr Chaplin fixed it and I have not had any issues since as the tile did not need to be broken edges.
