What a bubbly, kind, and very friendly personality. He's a perfect representative for The Drain Surgeon. 😊
Milton was very knowledgeable, professional, and enthusiastic about identifying our "root cause".
It was so refreshing to understand what is needed to fix our ongoing flooring problem. Milton quickly discovered our problem and was able to discuss in great detail with examples of what we needed to do to resolve the problem and offered solutions without complex technical terms.
His customer service skills are superior.

This is not my first time calling on the DS and will continue for all my plumbing and drain issues. I highly recommend this service! Thank you for the opportunity to review their service!
