“Maxwell's Plumbing and Drain are very knowledgeable and professional. They did a sewer repipe, partial pipe lining and galvanized pipe replacement. We are very happy with the ease of the process and the speed with which they completed the project and communicated throughout.”
“This review is on behalf of my Aunt Pam, who does not have internet. She gives this company 5 stars across the board!
She needed help with replacing the toilet-fill valve on her toilets and they also took care of several other items; They replaced a handle on an outside faucet and they also replaced the faucet in the bathroom sink.
She said everyone she spoke with on the phone, all the way to the two gentlemen that came out and were so nice, (John and Joseph, she loved that Joseph called her 'ma'am, she thought was wonderful manners) and were wonderful to her. She gets anxious with having to call someone to help with her house, you all made her feel comfortable and it calmed her. I imagine you have clients like this often and you all are very kind to help and treat them calmly. 😊
She called this company mainly due to it being woman-owned. That was important to her and they didn't disappoint.
Thank you, from Houston, for taking care of my Aunt Pam! I imagine y'all needed a nap after working with her. She's s lively lady. 😁
Thank you again! Regards, Stacey
UPDATE 09/23: On the phone w/ her now, she had a tree that had fallen down and the trunk was sticking out into the driveway (she has a long driveway) and unknown to her, they cut it up so you don't have to drive around and in her words 'the nicest thing anybody has done in a long time and the customer service was quite something!'. She is soooooo appreciative. Thank you again!”
“TJ & Bryan were quick to diagnose the problem and get to work, friendly, and professional.”
