I like being able to call and having a person (Cathleen) answer the phone instead of hearing an automated recording. 2. Cathleen did exactly what she said she would. She promised a visit the next day but she said she would get someone out today if possible. Although I was looking for a visit tomorrow she called me back and said someone would be out today. 3. Ethan Carver came out today and he explained exactly what was going to happen before he did it. I had a leaking toilet from the base. Ethan gave took care of the pro LT with ease and quickness.
