“Previously assisted with emergency call out for broken outside spigot, unfortunately subsequent attempt to get additional small job scheduled was unsuccessful .. for a one man band he does good work... but not recommended for small jobs... definitely needs to work on communication with customers in a timely manner even if to just be straight up with customer and say you are too busy to assist, texts repeatedly go unacknowledged...
