“We’ve driven by so so many times before I event thought to see if they accepted our insurance and I only wish I would’ve looked into it sooner! Every single staff member was genuine and accommodating. I *did* have to complete a digital form upon arrival that was a bit time-consuming so this is your notice to ask if there’s a link beforehand to speed up the check-in process (no star deduction necessary because it’s not that serious).

It felt like every person we encountered was even more beautiful in spirit than the last (they’re all amazing). I wasn’t approved for financing the treatment needed but it’s nice to know it’s available. I appreciate the transparency, willingness to help and provide clarity.

“I've been coming to Suwanee Family Dentistry for years, my hygienist Deb has been a crucial part of my oral health, she always give me pointers and ideas to improve my daily care, and it's all worked, very thankful for her. Dr Herrington is incredible and very goid at what she does, she only does work on your mouth if its needed never too soon, where in the past I've had dentist office tell my family they had lots of cavities but they really didnt. I trust them and they are great.“

Even after the recent ownership change ( it's still privately owned) when the insurance companies were screwing everything up, Riverside Family still honored their in-network pricing. They are probably losing money in the process but they respect their customers that much. Thanks again!!“

“Upon walking in you are greeted with a smile. Dr Lugus even took the time to introduce himself personally before it was our time to be seen. The waiting room is extremely inviting. There is a game room my son enjoyed although the game controllers were dead it still made him feel comforted to know they cater to children in this manner.
