The 5 Star review was for the Dentist and the hygienist but not for your accounting staff (Ebony & Corey). They do not deserve to be a part of your practice. When they fail to do their due diligence, the patients have to pay for it...NOT FAIR. I will be contacting Georgia Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
A very pleasant experience overall, punctual and thorough, Angelique did an excellent cleaning on my teeth and helped explain things clearly, and Ebony helped a lot with explaining my insurance policy and helped me really maximize my coverage and get my next service set up. Very clean and pleasant business, will be returning and have another appointment set up next week! Would recommend Gwinnett Family Dental Care.

From start to finish, everyone was extremely pleasant. The procedure was clearly explained, and what they said they would do was done. Recommend them highly! Dominic Green and Craig were absolutely wonderful, they put my mind and fears at ease.
