“As far as I can say Dr. Leeks is a great dentist and I have no desire to see his business suffer because of an employee's mistake. Remember, you visit a Dr. because of their knowledge and skills honed over many years of practice.My wife has an upcoming procedure and had to be on antibiotics for a few days before the procedure. Thursday, the person responsible failed to call the prescription into the pharmacy. Friday, called left messages, no one returned our calls. Monday morning, I visited the office and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk, She informed me that she called the prescription in herself to the Kroger pharmacy and gave me the number she called, wrong number, however, she insisted it was the correct pharmacy. I gave her the correct number and asked her to call the pharmacy again. Now the good part, on my out I called the number she gave me, this is what I hear "hello and thank you for calling Pizza Hut." I know that people make mistakes and I'm glad the problem is resolved, but this one takes the cake“
