I searched for a new dental provider that I felt was honest, straight forward, and originally care the care for her patients. I found such a provider with Heritage Family Dentistry Dr. Erin Pickwick located in Grayson, Georgia. I had a crown to come off, and I reached out to Heritage Family Dentistry (HFD). My visit was the most thorough, compassionate and well coordinated dental care I have received in years. Personal comfort during a thorough cleaning with Sylvia has set a new standard for my dental care. Dr. Pickwick provided options for solving my ongoing dental issues with no pressure or upselling so common in franchise dental practices. I was provided multiple suggestions for further improving the health of my teeth and gums using over the counter products that will support my dental health until my next visit.
Very very pleasant experience. They are awesome! They have new state of the art dental equipment. Painless dental cleaning. The office is clean. Dr Picwick has friendly personable and knowledgeable. She keeps up to date on industry standards and cutting edge treatments to maintain good dental health. Never pushy about treatments. The office staff is great. The billing department is great.They manage claims fast and efficiently. If their is an issue they will explain thoroughly and work with you and the insurace company to resolve it.
Since going to them my teeth are the healthiest they have ever been! I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.
