I was referred to Dr. Hoang by a coworker, and he’s been great. My wife went first and had a really good experience, so I decided to come in for a few crown replacements too.
Big shoutout to Susan for being super transparent about the insurance co-pays and out-of-pocket costs—no surprises, which I really appreciated. Rosa, his assistant, was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
I had one stubborn crown that several other dentists replaced, but I always had issues with food getting stuck. I mentioned it to Dr. Hoang, and he got it right. Since the replacement, I haven’t had that problem at all.
