Mr. Nestor was the manager for the job and I must say him and his crew were beyond exceptional. The water mitigation plan was thoroughly explained to me and they even accommodated me with an extra barrier in my living room. They were able to even work without waking my 1 year old daughter which is pretty impressive. They were punctual, professional, efficient and informative about the entire process. Such a good experience I contracted this same company to do the restoration for the water mitigation. Not to mention the price wasn’t a burden either. 10/10“

Oscar and Claudia impressed us from the start with their punctuality, attentiveness, and willingness to listen to our specific design ideas, unlike some of the other contractors who seemed focused on upselling or providing incomplete quotes. I had a very specific deck design in mind, and Oscar was one of the few contractors we spoke with who listened to us and made us feel comfortable in choosing them for our project.
During the build, we found Giovany, Franklin and the BR deck team were also punctual, meticulous, and maintained a clean site. No project is without unforeseen issues or challenges, but Oscar was responsive to any issues that came up, valuing all feedback (positive or unsatisfactory) about his team’s performance. After a disaster with a contractor on a previous reno, it was very refreshing to work with Buford Renovations. He stands by his work even addressing concerns that have popped up through the last year.
I’ve since referred him to friends and we have future projects planned with Buford Renovations.“
