We had Roberts come out to check on some plumbing issues. The technician Coree was wonderful and did a very thorough job. Going the extra mile giving us lots of options and spent a whole day just testing. He was exactly what I love in a contractor. Helping find any issues to avoid future problems. We got him scheduled to come back to fix some things before an upcoming wedding at house. Coree took the time to come after five on a Friday just to get us ready. 1st class and couldn't be happier!
Coree was our technician and he was fantastic. He was knowledgable, respectful, he explained the services, he answered all our questions, he reviewed the services and then we agreed on what services he would perform.
