I only used the lab this time, but was treated excellently with exceptional help. There was a young lady who came out to get me and took me to the lab that also walked me back out. Got me a chair in the lobby which was above and beyond the service I’ve ever received. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.
I truly love my doctor. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I feel that he was rushed during my last appointment due to the Piedmont constraints of 15 minutes allotted per visit. He was running behind and was unable to completely answer all of my concerns. I had to schedule a telemedicine visit for my next appointment in 3 months. I am a 75 year old with several health conditions. Scheduling in person visits is another whole issue. They are very difficult to obtain. This is often frustrating. I will continue to see my doctor because he does really care about the health of his patients.
Doc great his staff great. The check out not so great. I was sent to opposite side to check out since one in front me no problem good looking out but I get there and a coworker walks up to her and has full conversation and never responded to me and so I went back to previous check out and I apologized to her but she didn't seem happy to be there but at least she helped.
