Maxwell's Plumbing and Drain are very knowledgeable and professional. They did a sewer repipe, partial pipe lining and galvanized pipe replacement. We are very happy with the ease of the process and the speed with which they completed the project and communicated throughout.
TLDR: Would Recommend
Had issues with a Navien tankless water heater and they were great. Wasn't an emergency, but they were able to get me in the next day. Navien customer support is awful (not Maxwells fault) and it ended up in several instances of order parts, install parts (again- not Maxwells fault). Jordan was very good at giving updates on where we were in the process and what our options were. What we ended up doing was switching over to a new Rinnai unit and getting rid of the Navien. Every time the crew was out there, they were polite, professional, and respectful of property. Would highly recommend.
