“My AC has been down for 2 weeks, 2 other companies were a no show. Artic Air was the 3rd company to take the job. They had my appointment scheduled for next week but after talking with them Artic Air went out of their way to get me up and running today , drove over an hour one way to my house after completing another job. David's help fixing our two week leaking issue after having three other companies involved was a godsend. He fixed the problem in three hours and it was the same day I called. No pans to empty this morning. They both wanted to charge me about 1600 and told me they had to break up the tile.Mr Chaplin fixed it and I have not had any issues since as the tile did not need to be broken edges. “Atlas installed a new a/c unit in my home recently. They did an excellent job and repaired the ductwork to ensure that the airflow was efficient. Brandon came out first and explained in detail what was wrong with my very old a/c unit. He explained all options with me and the costs for repair and replacement. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to understand. It was less expensive to replace the unit. He also explained the 6 months no finance charge plan with me. That worked out perfectly as well. Then came Nick, Owen, Chris, Jeremy, Jacob, and Kyle to complete the work. The office staff, Vanessa. Michelle, and Ashley were also very helpful and extremely courteous. The timing was perfect and they ALL worked together and made sure that my air conditioning unit and ductwork was installed with perfection. The cost was also unbelievably low. After installation, the airflow was a little loud when the fan blowed. No problem. They came right back out with a week and installed a new vent so the airflow would be more quiet. It was perfect. I TRULY am proud of how they truly care about their customers and are expert team workers. TEAMWORK MAKES DREAMWORK! They are an excellent team. I truly thank God for all of them.
