I have been using RCI, Inc. for decades and they have always been reliable, honest, and professional. They are excellent when you have a problem like a leak or something unexpected, but they are also great for routine maintenance and keeping your home in good shape.

What I appreciate most is that they take the time to explain what is going on and fix the problem the right way, not just the quick way. They show up when they say they will, do quality work, and I have always trusted their recommendations.

Brad takes a common sense approach to achieve results at a reasonable cost. He figured out how to solve a leak problem with a simple fix that avoided much more costly options. He runs a great an operation. Thanks to him , his crew and his responsive office staff.

RCI responded quickly to a need with a leaky toilet at our church building. Thought they had it repaired, but when it was found leaking again they came right out and made the complete repair!
