The employees here were absolute rockstars !!I was running about 10 minutes late because of traffic and they graciously allowed me to still come and turn in my vehicle. The process was super fast and they were extremely helpful and kind. Really appreciate them
The Atlanta VPC took great care of me and were very accommodating of my situation despite me being late to my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. They do have a 15 minute grace period, don't use that as a bumper to be late though. If you come with your car clean and follow all the directions they give you prior to your appointment you will have no issues when you arrive. Everyone was very kind and efficient I was in and out in 30 minutes or less.
We had absolutely outstanding experience with this facility! Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Jamal! He has a great personality and was very helpful! We completed processing with the car for less than in 2 hours. Thank you very much! Great job!
