Upon entering I was greeted by the staff, given clear instructions and the next steps. I was also notified ahead of time the expected appointment duration time and what that included. I appreciate that each staff member was attentive, communicating clearly and kind. The waiting are is clean and climate comfortable. Beautiful service from start to finish.
We just dropped off our vehicle for shipment to Italy. The staff here is courteous, pleasant, and even offered us snacks as we waited for our appointment! The waiting area is clean and accommodating. I definitely recommend using the FastPass system where you provide all the paperwork in advance to save time the day of your appointment. We had everything in order with the vehicle (clean inside and out, all items were moved, etc) so drop off was a breeze and took only 45 minutes start to finish.
The staff worked fast and diligently to get people processed. Even though it was busy, they got people through at a rapid speed. Special shout out to Ricardo, who not only had great customer service, but returned my car in great condition (and clean!) This was by far the best experience I have had when picking up a vehicle froma VPC.
