“I was trying to get my contact prescription from the Northpoint Visionworks location for a few days. That was always the location I went to. One person I talked to was helpful and nice, but the second person I talked to was slightly rude and unhelpful, she stated she couldn’t give me my prescription even though I should’ve been able to get it.

The glasses and lens are reasonably priced (I paid $150 per pair for a 7.5 prescription including exam), but they WILL force you to get two pairs at a time.“

I went in to ask about a pair of glasses that were delivered recently where the lenses were not cut correctly from the factory.

Jameson was quick to welcome me into the store and they were super friendly and listened to my concerns about the weird positioning of the lenses.

Then they took it upon themself to double check my prescription, and found that my pupils were not focused on the lens properly. And not just a little bit.

I had ordered the pair at a location in birmingham, AL, so no fault on this store. I can only say thank you for your help!

“Dr. Cohen is a wonderful eye doctor. I’m 76 years old. He is the first doctor to actually photograph and show me pictures of the inside of my eyeballs. He is an eye disease expert. I do have small cataracts, but not bad enough to go for surgery he says. I trust him. Office staff very nice. Good selection of glass frames. Highly recommend him.“
