I just had the best experience buying glasses at this Vision Works. Dr. Arias is so kind and explained to me my entire prescription and results, something I’ve never had done before. Tim at the front desk was also incredibly helpful with picking out my new lenses! I’m so grateful for their generosity and true kindness. I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend you to schedule your appointment here if you’re looking for a new eye doctor.
I rarely write reviews but I truly wanted to share how phenomenal of an experience I had today. I had gone to the VisionWorks in Edgewood previously and informed them twice that I was experiencing irritation and issues with my contacts. I shared that I wanted to return to an old brand that I used where I didn’t experience irritation and instead of receiving the support I needed to transition to my brand preference I was told to pay out of pocket for a whole new eye exam to get that prescription or wait 4 months for my annual to renew. I had such a great experience thanks to Chris. He helped me select the perfect pair of glasses and provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the add-ons for the lenses. I will be back!
