chris was so helpful with explaining my insurance to me as well as helping me book my appt. the doctor and women helping were also amazing, unfortunately i forgot their names but i was there on 9/28 and 5 stars for them all! answered all my questions thoroughly! thank you! will be back
The staff at this location is so amazing! Everyone really made sure to take the time to go over all of my concerns and made this process so easy. From making sure I was comfortable during the beginning tests (blowing air in our eye is never easy lol), from reviewing all options on getting new glasses, I truly enjoyed my experience.
I just had the best experience buying glasses at this Vision Works. Dr. Arias is so kind and explained to me my entire prescription and results, something I’ve never had done before. Tim at the front desk was also incredibly helpful with picking out my new lenses! I’m so grateful for their generosity and true kindness. I will absolutely be returning and I highly recommend you to schedule your appointment here if you’re looking for a new eye doctor.
