Took my wife for cataract surgery on her left eye. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, explained every detail beforehand. Surgery went well with zero complications. Dr Vira performed the surgery. It was quick and painless. It's been 4 days and there have been no physical problems. The only issue I had was that they rescheduled her 2nd surgery for her right eye at a totally different location, and with a different Optical Surgeon. They never really explained why, and it's somewhat concerning. We could have waited if Dr Vira was going on vacation or something, since it's not an emergency procedure. I don't know. We'll see how it goes. ?

First eye surgery went well at Roswell Rd. Location. The second eye at the Alpharetta location, same surgeon. I had excruciating pain during the procedure. I was told after surgery they second eye often has more discomfort. There is a huge difference between pain and discomfort. Second day eye swollen and sore. Didn't have that with first procedure. Second visit no concern at all. My concern is that other patients do not experience such pain. Please think twice before going to this facility for your safety.

I appreciated the pleasant and thorough vetting from kind receptionist. I was quickly brought back for the exam. Ayla was particularly professional and methodical in testing, with detailed instructions for success and decreased time at each station. Follow-on visit with Dr. Vira was excellent also. I will know more on my needs at the follow-up for cataract lens evaluation. Thank you so much for the excellent treatment.
