I had a pretty seamless experience. I brought my car in, was given a quote for parts and labor, placed the order for the parts, was then scheduled for service once they arrived, got my car in and out in the promised timeframe, which in my case only needed a day and was back on the road. Everyone was very helpful and I’m very satisfied with their work. If I ever have any other bodywork issues (and I hope I don’t), I’d certainly choose them.
