I needed to confirm parts for my mercedes as mercedes was unable to confirm what was needed. I reached out to multiple body shops no one would help, so ended up calling ABRA, and their customer service was grade A+. They sat on the phone with me and gave the attention needed, even though I was not receiving any service from them. They professionally and patiently answered all of my questions. Because of this interaction I give 5 stars!
If you ever need a Mercedes repaired, I highly recommend Abra in Duluth. Dennis and team are phenomenal. After someone hit me on my moving day to Georgia, Abra brought my car back to perfection! Dennis is by far one of the best in the business, patient, keeps you updated, explains the process and does great work! It does take a little time to get an appointment but from the pictures attached, you can see why, the work is immaculate. Thank you all so much and thank you Dennis for helping me with this process!
