Gwinnett Place Ford, specifically Misho, exceeded my expectations when my car key broke. Misho promptly returned my call, recognized me upon arrival, and addressed my concerns honestly. In about an hour and a half, both my issues were efficiently resolved. Excellent service and personalized attention.

This was the works service for a F150 including oil change and tire rotation. I needed to have the wheels balanced as some of the glue on weights had come off which was a $30 up charge. I figured this was the best time to do it since the wheels had to come off anyway. Initial wait time was estimated to be 3-4 hours and we were offered a shuttle ride home with having our car dropped off at our house later that day. As this appointment was in the afternoon the shuttle was first estimated to be 20 min away from the dealership. Eddie my sales rep was hella knowledgeable about the Mach E and listened to everything I wanted in the vehicle and got me exactly what I asked for! Great establishment - everyone was super nice and accommodating. Happy with purchase and my new ride! Def will shop again with Gwinnett Ford and Eddie and also James that handled my initial request through their website are the best. Hit them up if you ever go!
