Bottom line: I'm extremely happy with the product applied, the work done, and the support before, during, and after. 100% would recommend. On my black 2021 Chevrolet Equinox they removed the badges (like the things that say "EQUINOX"), did color correction, and applied 5 year ceramic and I'm very pleased with the result. Before service, Preston explained to me the various grades of product/service they offered and I chose a middle-of-the-line service with one small upgrade. I was pleased to end up feeling that I wasn't aggressively up-sold. During service, Preston sent me neat progress videos and kept me informed. I met the man who did the work and talked with him, so it seemed like my car got personal attention, not just some anonymous production line. Not the cheapest quote that I found, but the value was well worth the price. Since having the ceramic done, we've had one strong rainstorm during one week, and multiple days of light misting rain during another. The coating did great at sheeting off the rain during the one, and beading like I hoped for during the other. My car was bird-bombed twice, and following the directions that Preston gave me made the spots perfect again. 100% would recommend.
Great communication during quoting process. Full color correction and detail on Tesla model Y. Full body ppf wrap, all windows tint and ceramic coating done onsite. Received daily updates via video and pictures from shop manager, Preston. Discount offered for doing multiple items with them. Drop off and final receipt was seems less and smooth. Found out that their tint and wrap tech is a well know and very experienced tech that has been doing tints since the 90s and comes with skills and experience.
