I had the most pleasant experience at this dealership. Brian was so helpful when it came to everything. Whether it was the millions of questions I ask or making sure my car had all the features we as a family needed. I can’t stress this enough. Please ask for Brian he is one of their best salesmen. He had THE BEST customer service I’ve ever seen or experienced. It’s nice to know that when buying a car you’re in good hands. I know if I ever need another car I’ll be back.

My experience was very great as usual at Rick Hendrick . I have purchased seven cars in the past 12 years and all experiences were Extremely good! Miguel the sales person was extremely patient and helpful and was very good to work with!

Our experience with Rick Hendrick was amazing! We had already been to several dealerships with terrible customer service prior to stopping in. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. They checked us in and we met with Natalie. She was friendly and knowledgeable and started us on our car buying journey. We told her what we wanted and she made sure to put us in something that we would like. Vlad in financing was amazing. We told him exactly what we wanted to pay and he put us in the right payment.
