My hair was a complete mess I wouldn't have wanted to touch it, but she did and was so kind about the condition of my hair.
I didn't feel as ashamed when I left. The price was very reasonably I paid much less than I expected and that's even after I added the tip.
So very grateful after not having my hair products and being on the road a month, my ears were starting to peel off.
Now I feel refreshed and I was respected in the process.
It wasn't a fight they provided the service they advertised and have me what I asked and paid for.

She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and she was so enthusiastic. All around Amazing experience and my hair looks so beautiful. I am a customer with Ryland for almost one year located, and I live in Eastman Georgia. My daughter is disabled, due to two strokes. She takes much pride in being responsible for placing the trash bin on the curb. She somehow forgot to put the bin out today. I heard the truck outside and looked out of the window to find Shenia [Driver] taking the bin from the side of the house to the curbside. I apologized to her for not having the bin in the proper place and asked for her name. She is truly a professional in her profession, willing to go the extra mile to provide customer service and the highest level. Just wanted to thank her in the most formal way possible. Not really sure if you can ask for specific people but Will is the bomb.com. He did a phenomenal job. Took his time and really showed his skills with taking care of hair. Everyone there was polite. Yes there is a wait but it's worth it because you can tell they are taking their time with their clients and not just rushing through to be more people in their seats.
My husband and son go here. Excellent service at affordable price with hometown charm.

It is a very good restaurant one of the best S and S cafeteria that I go to and 1 of the waitresses that are name miss Linda. If you have a chance to sit in her section you will be very well taken care of I enjoy this SMS cafeteria very much thank you.

Hands down best hair cut I've ever gotten. Left my barber shop when COVID hit after 32 years of going to the same barber I was cautious about someone else cutting my hair. My mom told me about Krista and she done awesome, very friendly. Highly recommend this place.

10 out of 10! I was able to get a last minute same day appointment and had such an amazing experience!! I saw Lisa who was very knowledgeable and told me how to treat and keep up my hair. She was so welcoming, very patient had great conversation and it was a Godly atmosphere. I've recently had other subpar services or subpar customer services at other salons I've been too. Here I was treated like a real person. No scheduling through an app, no deposits, or putting your card on hold. you get to call and schedule with a live person! I've been looking for more than a "stylist", I've been looking for an experience...and I got it...and a great experience at that!! Such a warm and Godly atmosphere. It was my first visit. My only regret is not finding out about this place sooner ?

Austin called to day to confirm that I called and needed a dryer plug and said he would be here to service my dryer around 2:30 and he made the time frame and due to his expertise I can now use my appliance. I have a couch and recliner that was completely filthy from kids, wiping their hands and eating on it. I really doubt that it could be clean, but I thought I would give Travis a chance to clean it. It looks brand new I could not. When I called him, he came out very quickly and got on it. I have been taking my 10+ cats and now a puppy to Dr Ritchie & Sam since they opened. I have always been treated with respect and patience. My animals have received excellent care. For anything serious they have always provided thorough explanations and alternatives.
