I would recommend Liz's over any other services in Dublin. We had a situation come up where my elderly mother needed a ride to an appointment that I could not get her too. It was her first time, in 79 years but she had nothing but good things to say about the gentleman that took her and the overall experience. I was hesitant about my mother going, but I felt at ease after speaking to them. I did not get the same vibe from two other companies I spoke with. The other companies did not have the manners and professionalism that this company had. My mother said the vehicle was very clean. Also she was the only person in the car for the ride, which was another reason I liked this company better. If we ever have this situation again I will definitely be calling them and anyone else that I know that may need assistance. Oh, also they had the cheapest rates out of the three companies I talked to. Good customer service goes a long ways and Liz's set a good example, the others should take notice . Thank you for taking such good care of my mother!. Also, when my mother was dropped off at home, he called me to let me know that she was at home. I guess they could tell I was worried ?. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Just Because Floral and Gifts. I live in Fort Valley but was commuting to the VA Medical Center in Dublin when I decided, somewhat last minute, to get a bouquet of roses for a client’s daughter who was turning 21. Her mom had mentioned she was stressing about making the birthday feel special, and I wanted to help in a small way.
From the moment I called, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely kind while answering my questions. They were able to put together a beautiful bouquet of roses within just a couple of hours while I was at my appointment. I picked them up right after and delivered them the same day.
When I arrived at the store, both staff members were professional, welcoming, and clearly cared about what they do. The arrangement was stunning and exactly what I had hoped for.
If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I’ll absolutely be recommending Just Because Floral and Gifts to family and friends in the area. They truly represent what a florist should be; talented, efficient, and compassionate.
