I called the owner late one night in need of some expedited services for a rental property that was in need. Zach came out and delivered amazing customer service while assuring me that it was no hassle at all, and he was glad to help. The suspect Carpet had been causing a unpleasant odor, and after 45mins of FiberCare I was shocked. It honestly looked as if Zach and the crew had installed new carpeting in the room. Odor terminated! In a world full of sketchy contractors and services being rendered I can assure you from my experience the team is there to service you. 10/10 will use the crew at FiberCare again!
