The clinic is also noted for efficiently handling tasks like nail clipping, ensuring pets feel comfortable. Visitors have positive experiences and feel well cared for when bringing their animals to this clinic. They made one pet parent feel comfortable when their youngest furbaby was spayed, and the baby is already healing well. All veterinary needs have been accommodated to the absolute highest standard, with exceptional checkups, puppy shots, treatments, and neutering.
We switched vets a couple of years ago when our vet retired. We have been extremely satisfied with the care our dogs have received. My 16 year old Aussie needed surgery and an overnight stay to remove a benign tumor. The staff called several times during the day to update us and even called the day we brought her home to check on her. We find the wait time to get an appointment and to be seen once you arrive excellent and the prices are very reasonable.
The staff at Animal Medical Clinic always welcomes me and my three GSDs as if we were family. They go above and beyond to share best care practices and medical attention. I appreciate their kindness and exceptional detail to providing medical care for my fur babies. Definitely recommend this practice!
I have utilized Dr Potts' office since Dr Hickman retired. She is one of the only vets in the area that will work with rescues to save animals in this area. She is always willing to help when an animal is in need. She also sees my personal animals and provides the best care even when they are not the easiest dogs/cats to deal with. The staff have always been helpfull and accommodating even if I was squeezed in at the last minute.
