I called another well-known pest control company this morning to get a termite inspection. The phone answers, and I'm directed to start answering a series of questions. What seems like a minute into the call. I'm still talking to a machine. Then, some of the questions become repeat questions to what I've already answered. By this point, I should have been talking to a representative and being close to having an appointment set up. I finally hang up and call Arrow Exterminator. On the first ring, a person answers and says, "Hi! My name is Donny. How can I help you today?" Friendly, professional techs. At each service, they always ask if we have had any problems. They get the job done quickly. These folks will absolutely nuke fire ant beds. Highly recommended.

Love my service they got rid of my problem and are very friendly and professional....Kevin is very informative in letting me know what I needed to fix my problem... I would recommend this company for anyone that is having problems thanks
