Worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. I had an appointment with Dr. Menon, but unfortunately it turned into a very frustrating and disrespectful process. They required me to complete a long online form beforehand with many mandatory personal questions about my whole life history. Even after I filled it out carefully, when I arrived they told me the system did not show my information and made me fill out the forms again in the office. After all that waiting and repeated paperwork, I did not even get to see Dr. Menon. Dr. Menon performed laser cataract surgery for both my eyes, with an excellent result in both cases. She was very good about taking the time to carefully explain all aspects of the surgery, as well as options. She is so calm and competent that any uneasiness I had as a patient was quickly dispelled. I now have the distance vision I had as a young man, and it is amazing.
