The history: The house is over 60 years old and is a Mid Century Modern home designed by our uncle, Ben Hirsch. Once a serious buyer was found, being the age of the house, there were numerous things found in the inspection that required fixing or mediation. Debra was diligent in getting everything out in the open, resolved, and even bringing some bad news to us, the sellers, to make things fair to the buyer. She presented everything factually and truthfully, letting us know that our decisions about repairs, negotiations were the right things to do - of which we gladly obliged.
