DO NOT GO HERE FOR HENNA! Located inside the Kroger. They have no idea how to do neat and professional looking henna designs. I originally planned to get 2 hands done but once i saw how bad she did on the first hand I asked her to stop. After washing it and seeing how horrible it looked (see pictures) I went back to the place and asked for my money back. The owner never apologized and started arguing with me and talking over me saying they do henna all the time. An older woman did mine and you could tell she did not have any real experience doing henna. I went for a brow wax a few days ago and the lady PRESSURED me to do threading instead, even after I said no MANY times. She shaped it well but at the end she cut off WAY too much and TOO SHORT in the front of my brows with the scissors. I still tipped her, but I regret it now. I’ve been to the downstairs and upstairs salon before (multiple times) and threading is painful for me so I prefer a wax but THREE different times (all different ladies) have pressured me into getting threading instead, even AFTER I stated that I really did NOT want to do threading. They should just take “waxing” off of their doors and site because it’s false advertisement!!! Why put it...read full review
