The only reason I’m giving a 5 star review is because of NIKKI. She was awesome! Great attitude and did a great job on my daughter’s hair. 🔥
• Manager is RUDE!!! (Tone and facials) No smile, warm greeting or nothing. Like if you not a people person, you should not be there. We chose to spend our money at the business you work at. We should be treated good. Also if you have “rules”, you should address that when the customer first come in and pay their money. You can’t assume we just know! It’s some of our first times!

Braid Bar Decatur excellent customer service, very clean establishment, the young lady who did my hair made me feel heard because I was nervous about how thin my hair was and she did an awesome job
My stylist was great and very friendly. Simone was awesome and I enjoyed my visit. My hair was on 🔥🔥🔥 as well. Thank you sweetheart 💋.
