ACG delivers service I would consider above and beyond when it comes to my health needs. Customer service is impeccable. They truly care about their patients which is truly rare in 2023.
I'm not going to lie, my experience with this company started out a little bit rocky because I had some billing issues. That being said, the staff went well out of their way and helped me resolve all of the issues very quickly. Aside from the billing issues this company is great. The staff are kind, the doctors are well trained, and I was able to be treated without any issues whatsoever. If I need any gastroenterology work done in the future, I will be returning.
Yes I recommend them. Dr R is knowledgeable and his staff is professional and they communicate with patients. You also do not have to be on hold for 40 minutes to try to talk to someone like some other offices. Everyone I interacted with was nice and professional. They are not scheduled way out and if you have a problem they get you in. I'm glad I found them.
