I just walked 40 mins and no pain in my feet. I usually wake up with pain in my feet and my lower back. Pierre was very polite, knowledgeable and the massage was awesome. A great way to relax before the new year.“

“I had my first Esalen massage with Andy last week and it was wonderful. He was very clear in explaining the massage technique beforehand and gave me the history of Esalen massage (how and when it started) which was extremely interesting. I have heard about Esalen over the years and have always dreamed of going to the Esalen Institute Spa in Big Sur, California but have never had the opportunity so I felt so fortunate to find an Esalen trained practioner here in Atlanta! The techniques is different from other massage techniques as the strokes are long and fluid. There are gentle rocking techniques added that aid the body to relax and let itself unfold naturally, rather than being manipulated and forced to relax. This style is extremely relaxing and effective. I had muscle releases that I physically felt and going into the massage I was not even aware that I was holding tension there!Andy is very professional. His studio was very clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. His studio is located in a sweet, residential neighborhood so parking was not an issue. I highly recommend Atlanta Esalen Massage :)“
