Markesha was my mother's tech for her eye appointment today. I have NEVER seen a person NOT the doctor as efficient and knowledgeable. She done a wonderful job doing test AND explaining everything along the way. She should be commended as she made our appointment stress free and pleasurable if thats possible at ANY doctor's appointment. Keep up the GREAT work Markesha you never know who's watching 👀!
Our family really likes the people here. Very kind. When we first started going, there were serious issues with their phone/communication systems, but it seems to be fixed now. Very responsive to email and voicemail, too.
I had my annual exam on yesterday and had the privilege of having Xrissy as my technician. She was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She was truly concerned about my care and comfort during the various tests. This resulted in my visit being very pleasant. I then saw Dr. Bealer who completed my comprehensive exam. Great overall experience.
